Refund & Return Policy

We at KumarEnergy Solar Solutions work hard to make sure each and every client is satisfied with our goods and services. Our return and refund policy is intended to be clear, user-friendly, and simple to comprehend.

🔁 Returns

Returns are accepted within seven days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item needs to be in its original condition, uninstalled, and unused.
  • Together with any manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase (invoice), it needs to be in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be sent to support@kumarenergy.in by email within seven days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that are specially ordered or customized
  • Perishable items
  • Software that can be downloaded or digital goods
  • Cards for gifts
  • Solar systems that have been installed (post-installation)
  • Products that are used or damaged but not our fault
Products should not be returned to the manufacturer. Our warehouse is where all returns must be sent.

💳 Refunds

After your returned item is received and examined:

  • If your refund is approved or denied, you will receive an email from us to let you know.
  • Within seven business days of approval, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method.

There may be partial refunds if:

  • The item is returned with broken packaging or missing components.
  • There are indications of usage or installation on the item.
  • The item can be returned within 30 days, but only in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion, after 7 days.

📦 Transit Damage

In the event that your item is broken in transit:

  • 20% of the product value is refunded for minor damage.
  • Major Damage: 50% of the product's value is refunded.

🚫 Wrong Item Delivered

If the product you receive is incorrect:

  • We'll set up a pickup in reverse.
  • A complete refund will be given once we receive and examine the returned item.
  • If necessary, you can order the correct goods again.

❌ Order Cancellations

Cancellation prior to shipment:

  • Accepted for free within 24 hours after the order being placed.

Cancellation following shipment:

  • 10% cancelation fees are applied to cover shipping and handling costs.

Cancellations because of unique circumstances:

  • 10% of the total value will be subtracted if an order is partially paid for and canceled for unanticipated reasons.

⚠️ Installed Systems

Once installed, solar systems are not returnable or refundable because:

  • Variability in solar output by location
  • Problems with panel alignment or shading
  • Electrical setup and use trends
To prevent performance concerns, please speak with our technical team prior to installation.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
  • The cost of shipping is not refundable.
  • For returns above ₹1,000, we advise use a shipping service that can be tracked.
